Africando
Born in 1993, out of a meeting between producer Ibrahima Sylla and arranger Boncana Maïga, Africando has become one of the continent’s major bands. Their slick arrangements and outstanding vocal section has helped revive the Afro-Cuban and son music that had all-but disappeared in the 1980s. |
